Moving Red Arrow Of Virtual Word On Abstract High-tech Background

There are 3 types of Virtual events. Which is right for you?

Below are the 3 types of virtual events that will give you a good starting point when it comes to thinking about how you may want to execute you own virtual event.

  1. Go live, from your home: This is what we have all been a part of by now. Someone in their living room, with their computer camera and using the built-in microphone. We all know when this is acceptable, and you all certainly know when this is NOT acceptable. By now, most of us want something different.  Our team can guide you along the way, helping you make this kind of event look & sound good. Pros – Cheap, easy and not much work. Cons – It doesn’t look very professional and may not deliver the message you want the view to take away. May not be easy to hear, the picture may not be as clear. Really the list can be quite extensive with this option.
  2. Go Live, from our studio: This is where you and anyone else that is going to be on the screen all arrive on a certain date, at a certain time and we go “live”. Much like you see on the nightly news. This can quite stressful as you can imagine. Lots of moving pieces and lots of planning to make this look good. Pros – You can interact with the audience and have as much real-time dialogue with them. Cons – The most expensive option, a lot of pre-work before hand, people that are very good in front of a camera for a live audience.
  3. Record it and play it back “live” later: Your event is pre-recorded and edited, then is played back on a particular date and time. You can record the entire event at our studio, at your office or any other location. Our studio is set up for this and would most likely be your best option. You can learn more about that here. This option relieves the stress of going “live” and can make your life a lot easier. This is more like what you see on the late-night TV shows. Our team can be involved as little or as much as you want. Pros- More time to make it look good, more cost effective, ability to “do it again”. This list is very extensive for the Pros on this option. Cons- You can’t interact live with your audience from the stage.
