We have had some customers call us that aren’t necessarily looking for us to produce their virtual event or meeting. Over the last 6 months, they have done their homework and feel comfortable managing the event themselves.
However, they would like a little technical support, maybe even a little emotional support to boot! They would like to have someone with them the day before to help with the rehearsal, as well on the event day to help with the broadcast. Maybe even have someone to call on leading up to the event to get answers to questions they may not exactly know.
We have rolled out an affordable option that would fill the need for a customer that just wants tech support. Use us in any way that you can. It is simple to keep track of, as it is on an hourly basis and is very cost effective.
