We’re looking for a Project Manager who can use their talents to make our customers look, sound and feel great. This role requires an A/V expert who knows how to communicate, be creative, and understands what being detail-oriented is all about. Our project managers need to be able to juggle multiple events, customers and deadlines. They need to be able to help sell the vision our client has, manage milestones leading up to the event, and be onsite to deliver exceptional customer service. Where

We are a Philadelphia based audio/visual company. This position will require you to be local to the Philadelphia region. Relocation assistance will be considered.

The ideal candidate should be:

  • Experienced in audio, video, and lighting for live events, and able to build shows within budget.
  • A strong communicator with both the team and clients—often and clearly.
  • Confident and comfortable speaking directly and frequently with clients.
  • Honest—no matter what.
  • Able to work well in an office setting and thrive in a team environment.
  • Patient—because things will change.
  • Detail-oriented and precise.
  • Genuinely motivated to be in this industry. That means nights, weekends, early mornings, and holidays – when needed.
  • Present on show site to ensure events are successful.
  • Always on time. No exceptions.
  • Highly organized and self-managing. We won’t babysit your to-do list.
  • Proficient in Vectorworks.
  • Experienced with Flex Rental Solutions.

 A week in the life at Synergetic:

  • Manage the different milestones that Synergetic has in place leading up to the event. Such as creating quotes, creating pull sheets, working with our Asset Management and warehouse team on equipment selection, communicating with the show site crew and be on-site to make sure the client’s expectations are realized.
  • Site surveys
  • Meetings with clients
  • Propose the proper solutions to our customers during the proposal stage.
  • You will be expected to be in the office throughout the week.
  • Working directly with our customer alongside our Account Management team.
  • Involved from the first phone call to determine the best way to execute the customer’s request.

What you will NOT have to do:

  • Make cold calls
  • Go to networking events
  • Email lead lists
  • We do not do any installation business
