We recently traveled with one of our newer clients to Omaha, Nebraska for their annual meeting. Each year, the event is hosted in a different city—and for the last 2 years, (soon to be 3rd year next year) they choose Synergetic to travel with them. While they could work with a local or in-house AV provider, they choose us for a few reasons: Familiarity with our teams and theirs, the consistency of the same crew on site each year, the attention we give them leading up to and onsite, and the creative approach to the design & look of the conference.

When events travel from city to city, one of the biggest challenges is having to re-explain the details to new vendors each time. And the vendor with the most responsibility for the outcome is almost always the audio visual provider.
Your leadership team needs to look great in front of important people. They want things to run smoothly, reflect their organization in the best light, and deliver the experience their guests expect.
Guests want more than just an event — they want an experience that resonates. Presenters should be heard clearly in the back of the room, videos should play at the right time, and lighting should set the mood and evoke emotion.

Our first experience working with them was at their conference in Philadelphia a few years ago.
