At Synergetic, we aren’t satisfied to repeat a successful formula. We consider an annual event as an opportunity to out-do ourselves year over year! For this remarkable “Game of Thrones” themed holiday party, held at Philadelphia’s venerable Bellevue Hotel, we provided the all the lighting, video, and audio production, as well as the DJ entertainment. We worked hand-in-hand with the incredibly talented team at Penncora Productions to create a cohesive design, which also included theme-appropriate props and decor elements that brought the medieval concept to reality.

We assembled 4 vertically-oriented video walls, which displayed custom-created, thematic content. A total of 18 Moving lights washed the room in dark colors, and 40 LED Up lights were placed on the columns and balconies to provide contrast. 150 LED Pin spot lights highlighted floral arrangements as well as set designs distributed throughout the space, and 6 automated sparkler machines were deployed around the room to provide extra “wow” factor.

Finally, Resident DJ Dave Nederostek was raised 10 feet in the air over the bar area, with a low-profile, high-powered PA system for immersive distribution of sound throughout the space. From the custom iron throne to the fire-breathing dragons, this event was truly a spectacle, and we couldn’t have done it without our partnered vendors.
