Synergetic is currently accepting resumes for an Operations Assistant position. Synergetic provides audio, lighting, video, and staging to customers who are producing meaningful events. Our customer could be a 10,000-person concert, a multi-day corporate meeting, or a tented event in your backyard to celebrate a special milestone. Our best customers tell us that we are successful because of three things: We pick up the phone, we do what we say, and we make it fun.
Candidates should have a basic understanding of the audio/visual field to be successful in this position.
Expectations:
– Assisting with scheduling of our technicians
– Staffing shifts for the events that we are contracted for
– Assisting with crew call paperwork
– Assist with training schedules for the technicians
– Work with our project management team to ensure the proper technicians are available
– Communication between our project management team, account management and our technicians
– Various other operational tasks that help the operations department run smoothly
Requirements
– Have a working knowledge of all MS Office products
– Be available to answer texts/calls after hours
