Position: Video Technician   

At Synergetic, we make our clients look great in front of a lot of important people. We are a Philadelphia based audio/visual company that specializes in concerts and corporate events. Our video team is a big part of doing that. And now it’s time to add to our video team. Synergetic is currently accepting resumes for a full-time video technician. We’re looking for an individual who can help our clients execute an event they can be proud of. This role requires a smart, creative, and detail-oriented professional who can juggle multiple aspects of all things video—from TV monitors, to projectors, video walls, switchers and cameras. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-quality environment where no two days are the same, we’d love to hear from you.

This will be a full-time position.

Must be local to Philadelphia, PA.

The ideal candidate will have experience with most of the following:

  • Projectors/screens
  • TV monitors
  • Video switchers
  • LED walls
  • Video processing
  • Electronics
  • Mac book/PC computers
  • Networking protocols
  • Video cameras
  • Streaming

What You Should Bring To The Table:

  • At least 3 years of experience in the video field.
  • Have a working knowledge of how video is used in live events.
  • Have worked in the live events industry and understands the outcome of a successful event.
  • Has a reliable form of transportation and a driver’s license.

As a video technician, here is what a typical week would look like for you/your team:

  • Be on show site for events that range from corporate events to concerts.
  • Help in our shop with prep/de-prep.
  • Work with our Project Management team in designing events.
  • Work in our office to improve systems processes.
  • Hours will vary from week to week. You will not have a set schedule.

Compensation/Benefits

  • Compensation package of $75,000 per year
  • 11 PTO days
