Sales Associate

Synergetic is currently accepting resumes for an entry level sales associate in the Philadelphia area. We are a Philadelphia based audio/visual company that specializes in live events with customers that have a ridiculous attention to detail. This position will be Monday-Friday and will require you to be in our Bensalem location for the workday. Hours are 9:30am to 6pm.

This is an entry level position and would be a good fit for the following type of candidate:

• Has interest in the live event industry
• A basic knowledge of audio, video and/or lighting and how it affects live events
• Enjoys sales and marketing
• Works well with timelines and sticks to them
• Likes structure and organization and uses it their advantage

Our sales associates work with our business development and account management teams and are responsible for:

• Retaining current client base
• Researching new business customers
• Setting up meetings and/or phone calls
• Current client engagement
• Executing and reviewing customer reporting
• Assisting the marketing team with executables

We are looking for a candidate that has the following strong skills:

• Comfortable talking on the phone and sending emails
• Strong writing skills
• Organization
• Creative ways to handle roadblocks
• Humorous
• Outgoing, personable and easy to talk to you

Compensation/Benefits

• Starting hourly rate of $22 an hour
• Health benefits package after 90 days
• PTO package of at least 11 days after 90 days
• Total of 8 paid holidays throughout the year
