We were honored to help the Aspen Institute with their Aspen Challenge, a program designed to inspire and engage students to solve real-world problems. Twenty teams from the School District of Philadelphia were assembled and invited to compete against each other, with their final presentations taking place at the Ballroom at the Ben.

To ensure all presentations could be seen and heard clearly while incorporating an aesthetically pleasing and complementary lighting design, we installed a full audio system, 3 large screens with high-output projection and IMAG, backdrop uplighting, a crowd & stage wash, intelligent lighting, and custom gobo projections on the ceiling. Behind the scenes, our wireless communications systems were utilized by both Aspen & Synergetic’s teams to maintain event flow and ensure a successful, smooth production:
