Valley Forge Tourism & Convention Board Luncheon

Our client wanted their first luncheon after Covid to be a memorable one. We made sure to deliver for them by providing a video wall, audio, lighting, draping, and special effects. Even with this large scope, we were able to tear down and load out quickly to be out of the way for the venue’s next event that same evening.

Natasha Bedingfield

A very good client of ours always hosts an intimate party featuring a celebrity performer. This year it was Natasha Bedingfield! We provided staging, audio, lighting, and backline for her performance.

President Biden

We always appreciate the opportunity to work with our country’s President. We supported our customer’s private fundraising event with audio, lighting, staging, and drape where Mr. Biden gave remarks.

Temple Convocation

What better way to welcome students back to school than with an explosive event in an arena?? That’s exactly what Temple University did! We provided staging, lighting, audio, video and of course -special effects. As you can tell from the picture, this was a fun one!

Philadelphia Convention & Visitors Bureau Luncheon

We transformed the Art Museum for the Philadelphia CVB lunch with quite a few intricate and immersive designs. But, with 700 people spread out over 3 floors and 4 spaces, it was challenging. We pride ourselves on being professionals when it comes to working with museums and the access restrictions, safety protocols, and rules that come along with the territory.

Celebrating Diversity Fundraiser

What better way to enter a gala than a through a historic brick tunnel that’s been enhanced with creative lighting and video? Over 800 guests were treated to a night of grown-up fun that included us providing audio, video, staging, and lighting to execute our client’s “Kaleidoscope” theme.

Arena Concerts

We helped execute quite a few concerts over the last few months, but this one was the largest. We supplied video walls, lighting rigs, and the PA system for this international, award-winning artist in New York.
