- Call us anytime M-F, from 10am to 6pm and ask to speak with a project manager
- That project manager will listen to what you are looking for, make suggestions, and catch things you may not know you need and be able to get you a price within a reasonable amount of time
- We may need to do a site survey prior to quoting you a price
- The quote will be emailed to you in an easy to read format so you know what you are going to get.
- For certain clients, a pre-visual may be sent of the room so you can virtually see what it would look like. Click here to learn more about this.
- We require a 25% deposit at the time of the contract
- Final payment is due prior to the event
Synergetic is a young, talented group of seasoned professionals, offering live event production services including audio, lighting, and video systems, as well staging and draping, to customers who are producing events for up 10,000 attendees. Our typical customer commissions us to work on a variety of shows, such as corporate galas, creative experiential events, and ultra-chic weddings.
We are obsessed with attention to detail. Making events look, sound, and feel awesome is our daily mission, and every single member of our team is crazy about this business! We love what we do, and it shows in the level of service you get from us. We thrive off creating different and unique designs which people love, but we also are very good at listening. Listening to what you want allows us to be as effective and efficient as possible, two very important traits in our world.

Formed in 1999, Synergetic has steadily grown into who we are today. Starting as a small company with only a few loudspeakers, and Jason as the sole employee, we now have nearly 20 full-time employees and continue to create more jobs each year. We started in a garage and are now in 10,000 square feet of space that houses all of our audio, lighting, video, and staging equipment.
