More People, More Gear, More Space!

Synergetic Celebrates a Prosperous 2023

In January, we had the pleasure of hosting our annual company party celebrating our employees and the company’s performance over the past year.

The night was filled with tasty food, good drinks, entertainment, and awards. A special thanks to Feast Your Eyes for the beautiful venue, and delicious food.

A Look Back

Reflecting on 2023
  1. We executed contracts for 647 events – 84 were new clients!
  2. Approximately 20% of our monthly business was secured within the same month.
  3. Our fuel purchases totaled over 20,000 gallons.
  4. We generated employment opportunities by creating 5 new full-time positions.
  5. We expanded our infrastructure by constructing 3 new offices, with plans for an additional 6 by the end of this year.
  6. We ranked 12th in the Philly 100 list of fastest-growing companies.
  7. We helped support events in 15 different cities outside of the Delaware Valley – San Francisco being our furthest destination!
  8. Our busiest week saw us managing 28 events concurrently.
  9. Over 300 of our events were customers who rebooked us for the same job.

We are honored to be trusted by all of you. We believe we are responsible for an integral part of the outcome of your event, and we don’t take that lightly.

In February, we welcomed eleven different businesses to our lighting demo. We shared our knowledge and experience from over 2 decades in the wedding lighting industry through an interactive, fun day at our HQ.


The Benefits of Dedicated Project and Account Managers

At Synergetic, we believe in providing our clients with the best possible experience every step of the way. That’s why we assign every client a dedicated account and project manager to help with everything from initial consultation to project completion.

The account manager is your first point of contact and will connect you with your project manager after discussing the basic details of your event. After that, your account manager keeps lines of communication open, especially when all involved are busy. They will also help maintain project milestones, such as content deadlines and payment schedules.

When you determine your basic goals and objectives, the project manager becomes your primary point of contact. Project managers listen to your desired outcomes, and balance various resources such as budget, time, equipment, and staff to deliver the quality of service which meets or exceeds your expectations.

Dedicated managers offer our clients streamlined communication, personalized service, greater attention to detail, and valuable expertise throughout the entire project lifecycle. They’ll ask you questions you may not have thought of, present opportunities to take advantage of new technology that enhances your event, and through pre-planning will help mitigate surprises on show day, providing you with a stress-free experience.

Chris Stapleton & Imagine Dragons

We traveled down to Florida to help with this concert focused on giving back to veterans. We got to work with A-level talent including Imagine Dragons and Chris Stapleton and provided an exhilarating stage where they could perform.


This once-in-lifetime event needed to look like one. We provided lighting and video to make this important celebration something to remember.

Penncora Events

Kim Rosen Events


We helped transform this standard awards ceremony into an electrifying event. As part of our stage design, we incorporated an LED-lined catwalk with sparks and CO2 jets to celebrate each employee as they walked to receive their award.


We contributed our expertise to the Finley family wedding, converting the Crystal Tea Room in Philadelphia into an immersive, warm atmosphere for guests to celebrate all night long. We were honored to have been the company they called to help.

This youth sports organization needed help transforming a gymnasium, still under construction, into a venue worthy of their most important event of the year. We provided lighting, audio, video, staging, and drape to make it happen.


Our team played a huge part in the success of the 100th Mayoral Luncheon. Even people waaaay in the back could hear and see Philadelphia’s first female Mayor. We were happy to help and happy to be called on by ESM Productions.
