… or, at least, a whole lot of lights. We rigged 48 fixtures in total -12 static lekos and 36 programmable intelligent fixtures- above the Regency Ballroom at the Loews Philadelphia Hotel to create a stunning visual experience for the general session meeting you see below, photographed by Baiada Photography:

We combined 12 each of our Martin MAC Auras, Elation Platinum 5R Extremes, and Elation Platinum FLX Luminares to add washes, tight beams, and effects to the space, while our dozen lekos created a perfectly balanced and even stage wash, ensuring the attention in the room was directed accordingly.

To add depth to the unique stage, we also added LED strips, outlining every corner and step, which was color-matched with the colors in the slideshow presentation. Behind the scenes, technician Steven controlled each individual lighting fixture, creating cues to coordinate with the formalities that happened throughout the presentations.
