At Synergetic, we focus on one thing: live events. That’s what we LOVE.

Installations? They have their place—but that’s not us. We do NOT do a good job of installing 25 TVs in an office space or programming blinds to close when the lights go off. We don’t LOVE that.

We’re the company you call when the room is full, the stakes are high, and all eyes are on the stage.

Live events are different. They’re fast-moving. They’re unpredictable. They’re high-pressure. And when they’re done right—they’re unforgettable.

That’s where we operate best. We put all of our energy into making sure you look great, on stage, in front of a lot of important people. We believe that doing one thing—and doing it exceptionally well—is what actually creates value.

And when it comes to live events, that focus makes all the difference.

From our Founder/CEO

2026 first quarter: Done. We closed out the first quarter with a record-breaking 109 events—including a few “you want us to do what?” moments that kept things interesting. We hit the road with our clients, supporting events as far as Dallas, Texas and Daytona, Florida—and many in between.

Now we’re stepping into the biggest quarter we’ve seen in years. April, May, and June are shaping up to be nonstop. Major events like the PGA Championship, America 250 celebrations, MLB All-Star Game, and FIFA World Cup activations—along with a packed schedule of large conferences—are all converging on the Philadelphia region over the next 12 weeks.

It’s going to be busy. Exactly how we like it. We added some additional space. Added a few additional people to the team. Picked up some new gear. And had some new customers let us help them.

Over the last three months, many of our clients leaned on us heavily. Over the next three, even more will. They trust that we’ll figure it out. Make it work. And make it look easy. Sometimes with weeks to plan. Sometimes with just days.

I know I say this every time, but I mean it: We’re incredibly grateful for every client who gives us the opportunity to help them look great on stage, in front of a lot of important people. We show up every day knowing what’s at stake—and we don’t take that lightly.

Our team is putting in the time—late nights, early mornings, weekends—because they understand how much your event matters.

Arby’s & Jimmy Eat World

We got a call to help produce a concert, inside an Arby’s with Jimmy Eat World. This was a first.

Rod Stewart is still going strong and we were happy to help with the audio, video and lighting for a recent show in Pennsylvania.

National Sales Meeting

We recently went down to Dallas for a week to help our customer with their yearly sales meeting. Audio, video, lighting, staging, and lots of prep time went into making this a successful event.

Non-Profit Gala

We do so much work for the non-profit sector. These were two different meetings held in Philadelphia that we help with annually.

Press Conferences

There isn’t a week that goes by that we aren’t helping with a press conference. Staging, draping, audio, video – Some were small, some had it all.

PCMA

One of the major highlights of the last few months was helping PCMA with their annual conference in Philadelphia. We helped with the opening party and the closing party that featured Jazzy Jeff and Pitbull. This was a great way to kick off 2026!

Arenas

We were in quite a few arena’s helping in quite a few different ways. We love those 6am walk and chalks!

Fashion Show

We helped a good customer of ours with lighting, audio and video for their fashion show.

Latest Company News

We expanded to another 10,000 square feet in January for a total of 40,000 square feet to help prep, pack, return and store all our equipment.

We took some time to celebrate ourselves back in February. We enjoyed some great food, gave out some awards and spent time enjoying each other’s company.

Our first ever nomination with Pollstar! While Nelly didn’t win, we were happy to even be considered. We had a blast helping with the audio on this tour in Canada and US.
