How many shows DID we do in ONE week?

July 23, 2026 Synergetic Uncategorized

May was one for the books.

At one point, we produced 40 events in seven days—a new Synergetic record.

Commencements. Galas. Corporate meetings. America 250 events. Concerts. Private parties. Rentals. We made plenty of important people standing on stages look and sound great.

We traveled to Daytona—again—along with Cleveland, New York, and Atlanta. Closer to home, our crews were everywhere throughout Philadelphia and New Jersey.

And the requests kept things interesting.

One customer needed to rent 50 drape pegs.

Yes. Just drape pegs.

Another needed sound for 20,000 rabbis—and they needed it loud.

In between, we handled a little bit of everything:

Luke Bryan performing on a golf course? Absolutely.

Feeder cable rental? Of course.

A gala for Temple University? Always.

Eight commencement ceremonies? Done.

A event for Love Island? Why not?

A lighting control package rental? That too.

A concert tour across Pennsylvania? One hundred percent.

And then there were at least five panicked phone calls that began with some version of:

“We need your help…tomorrow. Pleeeeease.”

Fortunately, helping customers solve difficult production problems—sometimes on very short notice—is exactly what our team does best.

Our warehouse is staffed seven days a week. We own a deep inventory of professional audio, video, lighting, staging, and production equipment, ready to move from our 40,000-square-foot facility in Bensalem, Pennsylvania.

More importantly, we have experienced people who show up prepared, communicate clearly, solve problems, and make the process enjoyable.

We are organized. We are responsive. We are easy to work with. And we genuinely love what we do.

That’s how you make 40 events happen in 7 days.

From our Founder/CEO

April, May, and June are always the three months that test every system you’ve built as an entrepreneur in the live event industry.

Everything is planned…and then one of your great clients calls and needs your help. They have no other option. And of course, you say yes. I joke sometimes that if we could just move a handful of those events to February, life would be a whole lot easier.

This quarter reminded me how fortunate I am to work alongside an incredible team.

Together, we produced 256 events in 3 months. There were long days in the warehouse, long nights on show site, weekend phone calls, and plenty of work that continued well after normal business hours. When challenges came up—and they always do—our team didn’t complain. They figured it out. They stayed motivated, Supported one another and kept moving forward.

Watching that happen makes me incredibly proud.

While we didn’t see quite the level of activity everyone expected around FIFA and America 250, we were fortunate to play a role in both. The events we were part of were meaningful, and they’ll be experiences we’ll remember for a long time. It was a great three months for Philadelphia, and a great three months for Synergetic.

As we head into the second half of 2026, one thing continues to humble me: the amount of repeat business we receive.

When a customer hires us again, it tells me something important. It tells me we earned their trust.

There isn’t a compliment bigger than that.

My goal is the same as it’s always been—to do such a great job that they choose Synergetic again the next time they have an important event. While there may not be as much attention on the second half of the year as the first, we are loving some of the projects in our pipeline as of now!

To every customer who has trusted us to make them look great in a room full of important people—thank you.

We never take that responsibility for granted.

Recent Events

Commencements

Tis the season for all things commencements. Staging, sound systems, video screens…we helped quite a few schools with their celebrations. Were there issues with your A/V this year? We would like to help fix that.

America 250 PA

Back in April we were awarded the contract to provide audio for 5 free concerts for the America 250 PA celebration. These concerts were in 5 different parts of Pennsylvania. What a great time these were!

See more about these concerts HERE.

CHOP Runway

We do a lot of non-profit work. And this is one of our favorites. And this year, they raised $1,162,000. The highest ever! If your non-profit needs better A/V, we can help. Just ask the CHOP team!

LOVE Island

One of the most popular shows on TV right now. Our client brought us in to help support an event that kicked off GOV Ball in New York. Lots of Titan Tubes, along with our staging, video and audio.

Association Meetings

We did quite a few meetings during Q2 on the eastern side of the country. Atlanta, Cleveland, Philly; all had some of our teams executing events. From simple breakouts to full general sessions. We travel AND fly coach 🙂

Here are few links to see what we did:

Take a Look at What Our Customers Are Saying

“Jason – You guys crushed it. Your team was excellent as always. Our producers were also really complimentary of working with them. The production was exactly what we wanted it to be. When they asked me if I had a local A/V partner, you were the only ones I recommended, so thanks for making me look good too.”

Event planner

“Thank YOU, Jason! Because it involved Gov. Shapiro and was so last-minute, I knew I needed a team that could get it right!”

Non-profit event planner

“I wanted you to know that Ian was fantastic!! Not only was he so pleasant to work with, but he “knew his stuff.” The Chair of our Board of Directors was one of the speakers and has been for my 20 years with the organization. I have worked with her on these Friday Workshops for that long — and never before has she complimented how the tech for the event went. She was thrilled!”

Corporate meeting planner

“Thanks for being our AV knight in shining armor on this one!”

Event Planner

“Thank you all for such an incredible partnership throughout Commencement. Producing an amazing show 14 times over is no small task, and your team’s professionalism, creativity, AV expertise, and teamwork were instrumental in making this year such a success. The Universities brand truly came to life on the backdrop and across the entire production. From the visuals to the sound to the overall experience in the stadium and gym, everything elevated the celebration for our graduates and guests in such a meaningful way.”

University Executive Director
